| Bars 1-8 | Top couple Swing for 16 at top of set |
| Bars 9-16 | Lady swings partner with right hand each other gent in turn with left..partner then gent until at bottom |
| Bars 17-24 | Swing at bottom for 16 |
| Bars 25-32 | Gent swings partner with right hand each lady in turn with left..partner then lady until at top of set once more |
| Bars 33-40 | Top couple Swing for 16 at top of set |
| Bars 41-56 | This time both go down line swing partner with right hand then next lady/gent with left until at bottom of set |
| Repeat until all 4 couples have danced |
Variation: Orcadian Style
Long set down the hall - from bar 33 onwards - When first couple reach 4th couple top couple start to swing.
